Unlike other businesses that are quite harsh on refund policies we prefer keeping our refund policy buyer-friendly.
- We are committed to ensuring you receive the service as promised. However, due to the nature of digital services, once the service has been completed and delivered, refund requests can no longer be accommodated.
- If you decide to cancel your purchase shortly after placing the order, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the cancellation request is made promptly.
- If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing the order and the service has not yet been delivered, you are still eligible for a full refund.
